By Commissioning me, you agree to the following
I AS THE ARTIST:
Maintain the right to post my work onto social media and use them as advertisments/examples of my artwork.Maintain the right to turn down ANY Commission
I will %100 decline a commission if a clients request falls outside of my personal comfort zone.
You AS THE client:
Must pay in full before I start your commission.May not reprint or redistribute the commission for a profit. HOWEVER if you want to print your commission for personal use you are of course more than welcome to.If you would like to talk about me potentially creating merch for a project of yours, please feel free to reach out.May resell customs that I create, but for no more than what I charged you (unless you have additional art of the character)Must give proper credit if you repost the commission on any social media.
What to expect
My general turn-around(delivery of file(s) to client) is 2-3 weeks depending on the size of the order. There will always be a notification if/when lateness occurs. Extensive lateness may result in a commission upgrade or additional artwork.Clients will be sent a preliminary sketch/WIP for approval before the rest of the work is finished. If a sketch needs to be completely redrawn, the fee is $15.Client upon recieving their finished work, may:-Ask for the psd file of the commission upon initial receipt-
-Use their commission on profile pages, toyhouse, ECT.-
-Include the commission in Character sales-
-Have the commission printed or made into tangible product for personal use-
-Make MINOR edits to the commission-Client upon recieving their finished work, may NOT:-Use the commission as a nft-
-remove my signature from the commission-
-make MAJOR edits to the commission-
-resell the individual artpiece-
-claim the art as their own-

-I ACCEPT PAYPAL AS PAYMENT. I WILL SEND YOU AN INVOICE FOR PAYMENT. PRICES ARE IN USD.-- I WILL ALLOW FULL REFUNDS BEFORE I START THE ARTWORK, PARTIAL IF I'M PARTIAL WAY THROUGH THE ARTWORK, AND NO REFUND AFTER THE ARTWORK IS CREATED.--NO PHYSICAL PRODUCT WILL BE SENT TO YOU.--WIPS OF THE ARTWORK WILL BE SENT TO YOU THROUGH THE PROCESS OF THE ARTWORK. YOU MAY REQUEST EDITS (THAT IS ENCOURAGED).-
